The Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors for Indian Hill Townhomes Association and for Delegate District #4 for the Aliso Viejo Community Association, will take place on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. at Seabreeze Management. Registration will begin at 6:30 P.M.
The main purpose of the Annual Meeting will be to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors to serve a two (2) year term.
If you are interested in running for the Board, please submit the form below and your written qualifications (Candidate Statement) on a separate sheet of paper. These documents will need to be received by Indian Hill Townhomes Association at: 26840 Aliso Viejo Parkway, Suite 100, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656, no later than July 16, 2018, in order for your name to appear on the ballot. The ballot along with your Candidate Statement will be included with the balloting package mailed to the membership.

The Board of Directors invites you to meet your neighbors and enjoy a BBQ to kick off the Summer.
When: Saturday June 30th, 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.
Where: We’ll be meeting in the Autumn Hill Cul-De-Sac
What to Bring: We’ll provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and vegetarian options on the grill, as well as water to drink. Bring something to share – appetizer, chips, veggies, salad, dessert, etc.
Bring your own chair too.

Dear Indian Hill Residents,
We are excited to announce that we are replacing our existing parking/security vendor by contracting with PATROL ONE for these services. Some of the benefits to our community will be:
- License Plate Recognition Technology (No Decals or Hanging tags)
- Streamlined permit approval and renewal process
- Stricter, more consistent enforcement with 7 days a week patrol service
- Convenient, online safelisting procedure
We appreciate your understanding as we begin the transition process. The Board of Directors is confident our new vendor will bring a better customer experience to our community. We are also taking this opportunity to update our parking regulations to reflect the needs of our community and take advantage of the services provided by PATROL ONE.
PATROL ONE has been contracted to issue and track resident permits and guest safelists and to enforce the parking rules specified in the CC&Rs and Parking Rules. The new program will only be enforced from 11:00pm to 6:00am, starting October 1, 2017. All other parking rules will be enforced as stated in the parking rules (Rules and enforcement parameters are subject to change over time, please confirm with the Board or Management).

The votes for the most recent IHTA Board election have been counted and inspected by our third party election vendor, Accurate Voting Services, at the Annual Meeting held today. The following members were elected to the IHTA Board:
