New Parking Program Begins October 1st

Dear Indian Hill Residents,

We are excited to announce that we are replacing our existing parking/security vendor by contracting with PATROL ONE for these services.   Some of the benefits to our community will be:

  • License Plate Recognition Technology (No Decals or Hanging tags)
  • Streamlined permit approval and renewal process
  • Stricter, more consistent enforcement with 7 days a week patrol service
  • Convenient, online safelisting procedure

We appreciate your understanding as we begin the transition process. The Board of Directors is confident our new vendor will bring a better customer experience to our community.  We are also taking this opportunity to update our parking regulations to reflect the needs of our community and take advantage of the services provided by PATROL ONE.

PATROL ONE has been contracted to issue and track resident permits and guest safelists and to enforce the parking rules specified in the CC&Rs and Parking Rules. The new program will only be enforced from 11:00pm to 6:00am, starting October 1, 2017. All other parking rules will be enforced as stated in the parking rules (Rules and enforcement parameters are subject to change over time, please confirm with the Board or Management).
