Please be aware that the January 2016 billing statements were sent with an incorrect assessment amount. A corrected statement will arrive in the next few days. The regular assessment for 2016 is $328 and the roofing assessment is $88 per month.
Please provide your vehicle registration renewal documentation to Nordic Security prior to the end of the year pursuant to the information mailer sent out in October.
The deadline for renewal and current red parking permits expire December 31, 2014.
If you have not submitted your form and current DMV registration(s), your vehicle may be towed at owners’ expense effective January 1, 2015.

Please make sure that your outside vehicle is safe listed until the process is completed.
The holiday season is full of images of brightly lit homes and beautiful or amazing decorations throughout the area. As you get your decorations ready to “light-up” the community, please remember that the CC&Rs prohibit using things like screws or nails to attach decorations to the exterior of the building. Homeowners will be held responsible for the costs of repairs caused by punctures, holes or any other damage to the common areas. There are not to be any decorations placed on the roofs. There are products available from home improvement stores that will let you hang decor without causing damage to the building. As the Association is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the exterior of the buildings, these rules are in place to keep costs low and extend the life of the buildings.
As a reminder, Association rules state that holiday decorations are permitted provided no damage is done to the common areas and should be installed no earlier then 4 weeks prior to and removed no later then 2 weeks after said holiday.

Allstar Paving will be performing slurry seal on the asphalt sections of the community from 7am to 7pm on Thursday and Friday, October 23 and 24.
You will be unable to park or drive on the roadways during this time.
All vehicles must be moved prior to 7am on Thursday and may be parked on Indian Hill starting Wednesday, October 22.
Please observe all barricades and signs, they are there for your safety. Driving on wet oil will damage your vehicle and the roads.
Western side of the community should be completed on Thursday and the eastern side on Friday. Please refer to the maps attached to the mailboxes for more information.
Mowing services have been cancelled on Thursday due to inability to access the community for the landscapers.
